Winter in Leura

Warm, slow winter weekends in Leura

When the mist settles over the greens, Stonelinks is made for staying in: two lounges with gas fireplaces, ducted heating throughout, heated bathroom floors and a seven-person outdoor spa.

Sleeps up to 12, about 90 minutes from Sydney.

Set up for cold Blue Mountains weather

There are two lounges, each with a gas fireplace, and ducted heating runs through the whole house. The bathroom floors are heated, so cold tiles aren’t part of a winter morning here.

Outside, the seven-person spa sits on the alfresco deck beside the BBQ, so you can sit in warm water while the mist rolls across the golf course.

What winter guests say
“It was a cold, rainy winters day but when we checked into Stonelinks it was already warm and inviting and felt like home. We didn’t leave for 2 days! … The Spa was also a welcome treat and kept at a very comfortable temperature.”

Good to know

  • Pack warm layers. Leura is noticeably colder than Sydney, especially at night.
  • Long weekends have a 3-night minimum, and public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff.
  • Wi-Fi and mobile reception can drop in and out because of the bushland setting.
